A nurturing and compassionate, low level wellbeing support group for families with infant up to the age of 2.5 years.

Are you a new parent, carer, or family member living in the North Mainland or Northern Isles?

Wellbeing 1000 North provides nurturing and compassionate low-level Wellbeing Support to families with infants up to the age of 2.5 years.

We offer the following service for free:

  • Wellbeing Group

Group for 0-2.5 year olds

Our Wellbeing Group meets every Tuesday from 10.00-12.00 at the North Mainland Leisure Centre. This is an inclusive drop in group open to individuals with children aged 2.5 years and under. This is a relaxed and welcoming group led by our Wellness Practitioners where you can come and grab a hot drink and spend some time with other families. There are no obligations at our group, just turn up!

There will be a selection of age-appropriate toys available for the children as well as themed days throughout the year.
