Details about your upcoming Wellness Activity Programme event

Around this time last year, we took the Wellness Activity Programme online and launched #BeyondtheRoom. Since then we've continued to meet via Zoom and enjoyed "meeting" each other from the comfort of our own homes (and pyjamas)!

The 10th to the 16th of May is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is nature. Earlier this year we had two sessions on outdoor photography, which leads in quite nicely to our next book, This One Wild and Precious Life by Sarah Wilson.
