When you sign up to Well Youth, you can:

  • Have one-to-one support sessions anywhere you feel comfortable (throughout Shetland)
  • Work with your own Wellness Practitioner to create a personalised plan to help meet your needs
  • Receive practical support towards whatever it is you are struggling with (for example - using public transport, getting out of the house, attending appointments, making phone calls, finding new hobbies, practicing self-love, building self-confidence)

If you would like to sign up to Well Youth's one-to-one support sessions, please leave a message on our contact form. You can also send us an email on [email protected] or phone 01595 745035. Well Youth: Walk-in sessions

Come along to one of the Well Youth walk-in sessions for a chance to speak to a member of our team about other ways that we can help.

At the Well Youth walk-in sessions you can have an informal chat with a member of the Well Youth team and make a plan with them. We can also connect you with those who might be able to help and support you towards attending further appointments if you’d like. These sessions can be a one-off, or you can come back as needed.

  • In-person session: You can book a 30-minute slot in advance, or walk-in on the night.
  • Digital session: If you are unable to attend the in-person sessions, you book a 30-minute telephone or video call slot.

To book a digital session, please contact 07922 603 830 via phonecall, text, or WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can also phone 01595 745035 or email [email protected].

All walk-in sessions will be announced on our social media channels and our website.
