We want Shetland to be a place where mental health is supported positively in the community. Our aims are:

    • To deliver mental health support services across Shetland
    • To research and respond to mental health and associated needs within the community
    • To work in partnership with existing organisations to further the aims of the charity
    • To raise mental health and wellbeing awareness in Shetland

    Wellness Programme

    A Shetland-wide, open access, free and confidential low level support service, working alongside individuals over the age of 18 to improve their mental wellbeing and to improve their day-to-day functioning.

    Wellness Together Programme

    A Shetland-wide, free and confidential support service for people who are supporting, caring for, or living with someone who is struggling in terms of their mental health.

    Well Youth

    Supporting young people in Shetland to look after their mental health and wellbeing

    Wellbeing 1000

    A Shetland-wide, nurturing and compassionate, low-level Wellbeing Support service for families with infants up to the age of 2.5 years

    Self-Directed Support (SDS)

    Self-directed support is about having choice, control, and flexibility over the support you receive.
