So I weighed in this morning and I think it's good news.  The whizzy scales I am using not only measure body weight, but Fat Mass and Fat Free Mass, though you do have to take your socks off!  So I have lost 13lbs of Fat Mass , gained 11lbs of Fat Free Mass (which I am told means muscle) and my total loss is 4lbs.  I must admit I am not sure how the maths works but that's the outcome.  There is no denying I was feeling a little disappointed when I saw the overall number come up on the machine, but I need to keep in mind I’m feeling better, sleeping better and my shape is definitely changing.   

Somewhere deep within is a slightly thinner man trying to escape!
