Mind Your Head is a Shetland charity formed to raise awareness of mental ill-health.  Consisting of a committee of 12 elected members , the charity aims to:

Round Spiggie Fun Run and Walk

Our annual charity event is the Round Spiggie Fun Run and Walk.  Held for the first time in 2006 it attracted over 250 participants and raised an incredible £6,000 for the charity.  Feedback from participants was extremely positive and reinforced that the event should be an annual one.  Not only does the event raise significant funds for the charity it also encourages people to be active and raises awareness of mental ill-health.  Read more…
