A record number of participants turned out for the Round Spiggie Fun Run and Walk on 3 August. 444 runners and walkers registered to take part in the event - 100 folk up on 2007.
The sun was shinning all day which helped create a fantasitc atmosphere.
Rod Robb of Lerwick Building Centre, who sponsored the event got the runners and walkers off the starting blocks.
After the event, Chairman of Mind Your Head Shona Manson said "We've had a great day! There's been such a great atmosphere around the event and we hope that folk have been thinking about mental health and what it means to them and to others who may experience mental ill-health."
It is anticipated that the event will have raised around £5,000.
